Absolutely. We regularly partner with listing brokers. Your commission agreement with your client stays intact — we run the auction and marketing, you stay in the client relationship.

No. Buyers can register and bid directly. We do encourage buyers already working with an agent to have that agent register with us so the broker is properly compensated.

Yes. Compensation is stated in the broker participation terms for each auction. Rates vary by property — the terms are always disclosed upfront.
