Buy
Bid with confidence.
Every Pasker auction runs open, transparent, and on a defined date. Here's exactly how to register, prepare, and bid — plus a way to hear about new listings first.
The Process
From registration to closing, in six steps.
Register
Create a free HiBid account, then register for the specific auction from that property's page. Approval is usually instant.
Post a deposit
Some auctions require a refundable bidder deposit or proof of funds. Requirements are stated clearly on each auction page.
Do your due diligence
Attend a preview, review the document package (title, survey, disclosures, inspections), and order any additional inspections before you bid.
Bid
Bid live or online through HiBid. Online-timed auctions extend automatically when a bid lands in the final minutes — nobody wins on a technicality.
Sign & fund earnest money
Winning bidders sign the purchase agreement and post non-refundable earnest money the same day. The required amount is stated in the terms on the individual auction page.
Close
Title work is already underway. Closing follows the timeline in the auction terms — usually 15 to 45 days.
