Vetted, licensed auctioneers and real estate brokers in every major U.S. market. When your property sits outside our home footprint, we place it with the right local partner and stay involved as co-broker.
Co-brokerage & referrals
For sellers, executors, and attorneys we've worked with before, we don't disappear at the state line. We coordinate the referral, negotiate the fee split, and vouch for the local team.
Fully remote-manageable
Digital document packages, virtual due-diligence rooms, HiBid live simulcast, and DocuSign closings. Out-of-state heirs and fiduciaries participate from anywhere.
Traveling auctioneer
For signature properties — historic estates, waterfront compounds, unique legacy assets — Rob will travel to conduct the sale personally in coordination with local licensed counsel.
